The Banter Boys get interview requests faster than you can say “Boytjie” (that isn’t a joke) and more often than not, we turn them down. After all, there are only 24 hours in a day and a boytjie needs some time with his BHORSHAYS!
But after turning this BELTER American bird down on numerous occasions, (it’s all about the chase, bhor-shay!) we decided to let her in to the Banter Boys inner circle (for 15 minutes MAX).
We laughed, cried, shared our inner-most desires, got slightly aroused and answered a few questions – oh wait, that was her.
After interviewing The Banter Boys for a couple of minutes, it was then time for The Banter Boys to turn the tables and interview the interviewer (as we do)!
Interview with Rachel Hamlin (interviewer turned interviewee)
Banter Boys: Out of all the blogs ever created worldwide, which is your favourite?
Rachel: Seriously? www.banterboys.co.za – As we say in the States, this blog is SUPERRR! It’s hot, happening and definitely boytjie!
Banter Boys: What was it like to interview the Banter Boys themselves?
Rachel: Honestly, it was the best 15minutes of my life – a true privilege and a delight – definitely one of the biggest perks of my job.
Banter Boys: Who is your ultimate boytjie?
Rachel: All three Banter Boys! Not only are these guys smart, funny and friendly but they look like Men’s Health Cover guys! Now I can understand how they have so many boytjie points to give out – they’re rolling in them!
Banter Boys: That’s very sweet,
can we buy you a drink? but let’s keep this professional. If you were stuck in a lift with The Banter Boys for a day, what two items would you like to have with you?
Rachel: Easy one to answer – chocolate body paint and a punnet of strawberries.
Banter Boys: We’ll end the interview there then. We’ll walk you to the stairs…
Rachel: Can we rather take the lift? (+5 boytjie points for that answer)
The interview ended with an impromptu photoshoot…
